Join People Before Profit when we screen the 1979 union classic ‘Norma Rae’ to raise funds for Together for Yes.

The film is the sincere and inspiring story of single mum and textile worker Norma Rae, who organises her fellow workers to shutdown their mill for better pay and conditions. It celebrates an ordinary woman finding her voice and fighting back – a theme perfectly fitted to the campaign to repeal the 8th amendment in Ireland today.
