Today, Together for Yes is launching its Real Stories podcast series, featuring the testimonies of women from Ireland who needed an abortion.

Orla O’Connor, Co-Director of Together for Yes said,

“With our podcasts we are highlighting the voices and experiences of women who are at the centre of this referendum campaign – real stories by real women in Ireland. Their testimonies show the harm, trauma and isolation for women created by the dangerous 8th Amendment in our Constitution.  Listening to their voices makes clear that we cannot let the current situation continue. Only if we vote yes on May 25th will we be able to create a caring and supportive environment where women can make important personal decisions about their lives and health with the support of their own doctor.”

More podcasts will be available over the coming weeks.
